Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

EconomAInd is currently free of charge for all users. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be clearly announced and these Terms updated with notice.

Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute data; do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; do not use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Market data and news are provided by third parties and subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EconomAInd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any investment losses arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, unless otherwise required by your local consumer law.
